FFMPEG转码BUG导致MP3音视频输出持续时间不正确
遇到ffmpeg一个bug，需要转码时增加参数解决。该bug对web前端及android无影响。
The only way to fix this issue is to change the default for -write_xing to 0, this should be discussed on the developer mailing list.
